Redline-40 Abrasion Resistant Rubber Sheeting
Redline-40 is a highly cost effective, abrasion and cut resistant rubber sheet, with exceptional resistance to the impinging abrasion that is present in mining equipment.
Typical uses are for the lining of chutes, vibrating screens, cyclones, hoppers, launders, thickeners and slurry pipes.
Surface Finish
Redline-40 is supplied by default with one smooth side as the wear surface and one mechanically buffed side for excellent bonding properties.
Bonding Layer
Redline-40 can be supplied with a bonding layer if preferred by the applicator.

Blackline-60 Abrasion Resistant Rubber Sheeting
Blackline-60 is a highly cost effective, abrasion and cut resistant rubber sheet, with exceptional resistance to the impacts and abrasion that is typical in mining equipment.
Blackline-60 is typically used for the wear resistant lining of chutes, vibrating screens and hoppers. It is also suitable as a high grade curtain or skirt.
Surface Finish
Redline-60 is supplied by default with one smooth side and one roughened surface.
Bonding Layer
Redline-60 can be supplied with a bonding layer if preferred by the applicator.
